DSplus, a Saatchi & Saatchi company, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) to support the account team on the Toyota and Lexus business within the Growth and Retention division. The AAE will be part of DSplus’ account services group and will work on-site in Chicago, Illinois, United States, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the client lifecycle initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing meetings with presentations and analytics, building reports, and asset aggregation; managing Tier 1 creative production and coordinating internal communications among teams; serving as liaison to Project Management and Creative departments to coordinate production activities; supporting advertising activities across creative, media, budgets, and production for assigned projects; assisting the Account Supervisor with budget management and financial projects; executing various creative and media research and statistical tasks; and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Some agency experience is preferred due to the need for understanding advertising principles and agency functions. The role requires building strong relationships with Creative, Media, and Finance teams to facilitate day-to-day operations. Some client contact will occur, and understanding of the client’s business is essential; the AAE will foster positive relationships through consistent client service.
