About the role

AXA Direct France, the French online auto insurer and an AXA Group entity, is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join the Hypervision team within Pilotage & Telephony. In a multi-site context with 4 million calls and 2.5 million letters/emails per year, the Hypervision function ensures and optimizes the operational setup. The Telephony Steering team delivers telephony projects (e.g., automated client identification, intelligent call routing, routing based on client segmentation) and real-time optimization of the entire system.

Apprentice Business Analyst – Telephony

AXA Direct France, the French online auto insurer and an AXA Group entity, is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join the Hypervision team within Pilotage & Telephony. In a multi-site context with 4 million calls and 2.5 million letters/emails per year, the Hypervision function ensures and optimizes the operational setup. The Telephony Steering team delivers telephony projects (e.g., automated client identification, intelligent call routing, routing based on client segmentation) and real-time optimization of the entire system.

Your responsibilities: - Contribute to enterprise projects related to omnichannel developments - Define the scope of needs - Write specifications - Lead delivery with Telephony development teams - Support the implementation and optimization of Telephony applications - Manage change management - Identify and monitor potential Telephony incidents - Propose improvements to our governance and monitoring tools - Conduct technology watch through benchmarking

Your profile: - You are seeking a two-year apprenticeship with AXA and are pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Project Management - You demonstrate strong customer service orientation, responsiveness, and flexibility - You have solid writing, analytical, and synthesis skills - You have good interpersonal skills and diplomacy - You are interested in innovation - Prior experience in Project Management or Customer Relations is a plus - The position is based in Suresnes (92) near La Défense
