You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications, working with development, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot production issues, support deployments, improve monitoring, and drive operational efficiency. This role offers exposure to modern technologies across cloud, messaging, monitoring, and financial services platforms while supporting applications essential to day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include providing production support for critical applications, monitoring health and alerts, performing root cause analysis, documenting runbooks and knowledge articles, supporting application deployments and vendor upgrades, executing disaster recovery and business continuity procedures, and identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve monitoring efficiency. You will also support audits and compliance activities, partner with development teams to improve reliability and performance, and provide coverage during APAC hours as required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4–8 years in Application/Production/Software Support or related technical roles, and experience supporting business-critical applications in production.
