Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices accurately and in line with company policies.
• Manage supplier accounts, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships.
• Support month-end close, including preparing and posting accruals.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with internal controls.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records within the AP system and ensure timely updates.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong foundational accounting knowledge: double-entry bookkeeping, chart of accounts, accruals, VAT concepts.
• Ability to read and validate supplier invoices, identify key fields, assess accuracy, and understand
