This role requires strong leadership to guide the Accounting Team, support integration activities for new acquisitions, and partner with senior leadership on financial reporting and analysis. The position is based in Gainesville, Florida, with remote work options. Responsibilities include monitoring bank balances and cash movements, overseeing payment applications, coordinating with the Vendor Payables Supervisor, preparing and posting deposits and commission entries, running GL reports and daily AMS360 processes, and managing bank reconciliations and suspense accounts. Additional duties cover revenue and receivable management, improving processes, and leading team meetings and one-on-ones.
