Supporting Strategies provides outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services using a cloud-based platform and a proven process. The firm operates over 100 offices across the United States and employs more than 800 people.

What you’ll do: - Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional accounting and operational service. - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices. - Support client onboarding for all engagements according to defined processes. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, record bookkeeping entries, close monthly books, and prepare financial reporting and analysis. - Collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure client satisfaction and value. - Maintain day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters. - Identify opportunities to provide additional services or tools to drive value and efficiency.

What you’ve done: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. - 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (AP/AR, monthly close, financial reporting and analysis). - 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite. - Experience in a multi-client environment preferred. - Ability to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm in US time zones).
