About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business Group in Zurich, based in Dübendorf, Switzerland, on-site.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and close enterprise B2B opportunities with key accounts (end customers).
Gather and analyze market information, and strengthen customer relationships.
Manage and coordinate activities between Huawei and the assigned customer base; promote Huawei's full range of solutions.
Collaborate with Channels and Technical Sales to deliver proposals and presentations.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Technical Sales to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Oversee strategic and operational customer relationship activities.
Provide market feedback to leadership and contribute to portfolio development ideas.
Drive revenue and profitability to achieve growth targets.
Plan and coordinate business plans and market penetration in new territories.
Coordinate with internal departments and support branding actions in the territory.
Attend industry events and monitor competitors; develop alternative strategies.
Transfer knowledge to the technical sales team; prepare customer proposals and quotations.
Develop cooperative business plans with end customers and help define new business models.
