Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the liaison among project teams, partners, vendors, and clients to ensure a positive experience and on-time delivery.
• Lead sales order management: prepare and present quotes, facilitate service contracts for complex services and major projects, verify pricing and scope, and secure signatures and deposits.
• Oversee pre-order, project, and workflow management: coordinate with Project Management and Design, communicate project status, schedule resources, and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Advocate for clients and drive business growth: set quarterly and annual goals, present add-ons and new offerings, and collaborate with accounting on outstanding balances.
• Support people development and collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, business administration, design, or related field.
• Five+ years in account management, sales, design, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in contract furniture dealership or related industry; strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software,
