We are seeking an Account Manager for Architectural Solutions. The role can be based in Minnesota, Illinois (Chicago or Oak Brook), Wisconsin (Madison or Milwaukee), or Washington, DC, and offers a hybrid work arrangement. The Account Manager serves as the primary client liaison, coordinating with project teams, partners, and vendors to deliver on client goals and to drive ongoing value. Responsibilities include client relationship management, account planning, and overseeing the order lifecycle from quote through delivery and invoicing; coordinating with project management and design; ensuring an exceptional client experience; onboarding client teams; and advancing opportunities to expand client investments. The role also involves pre‑order and workflow management, contract coordination, budgeting and profitability oversight, and maintaining clear, timely communications.
