Audacy’s Enterprise Team is seeking an Account Manager to quarterback the post-sale process after a campaign is sold and to help strategize pre-sale opportunities. The Account Manager oversees the entire sales process from the RFP stage through wrap reporting and serves as the main point of contact for Audacy, ensuring delivery of high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have excellent client-facing skills, a solid understanding of marketing and integrated media channels, and the ability to lead large-scale campaigns from start to finish. Strong communication under pressure and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

About the role

Audacy’s Enterprise Team is seeking an Account Manager to quarterback the post-sale process after a campaign is sold and to help strategize pre-sale opportunities. The Account Manager oversees the entire sales process from the RFP stage through wrap reporting and serves as the main point of contact for Audacy, ensuring delivery of high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have excellent client-facing skills, a solid understanding of marketing and integrated media channels, and the ability to lead large-scale campaigns from start to finish. Strong communication under pressure and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead internal strategy calls to present best recommendations.
Coordinate with internal creative and execution teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Provide premium client service and set clear expectations.
Lead internal and external pre-sale and post-sale kickoff calls.
Collaborate with Marketing to produce in-depth wrap reports highlighting key metrics.
Work with Campaign Management to ensure delivery and optimization to completion.
Manage all post-sale communications with clients and creative stakeholders.
Monitor timelines and manage expectations for completed campaigns.
Present campaign performance reports with delivery metrics, insights, and recommendations, including mid-campaign and wrap reports.
Serve as internal subject matter expert on the client and flag risks.
Coordinate with planning on reallocations while considering client preferences.
