Junior Product Owner – Product SDKs
Innovatrics is seeking a Junior Product Owner to shape the future of our Product SDKs. You will own the day-to-day management of the product backlog, prioritize work with the engineering team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-value features. You’ll have the autonomy to prioritize incoming requests, make day-to-day product decisions, and advance the product forward, supported by a Senior Product Owner who will mentor you on the long-term roadmap and strategic direction. This role provides a path to grow into a Product Owner with real ownership from day one.
Junior Product Owner – Product SDKs
Innovatrics is seeking a Junior Product Owner to shape the future of our Product SDKs. You will own the day-to-day management of the product backlog, prioritize work with the engineering team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-value features. You’ll have the autonomy to prioritize incoming requests, make day-to-day product decisions, and advance the product forward, supported by a Senior Product Owner who will mentor you on the long-term roadmap and strategic direction. Responsibilities - Own and continuously refine the product backlog, prioritizing work with the engineering team - Assess incoming requests, bugs, and feature ideas, adjusting priorities as business needs evolve - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and prioritize effectively - Define clear product epics with business context and acceptance criteria, enabling the engineering team to break them down into tasks - Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify risks or blockers - Provide regular backlog status updates and delivery progress to stakeholders - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact between engineering and business stakeholders - Facilitate or support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Demonstrate native or near-native proficiency in Slovak or Czech (spoken and written) and professional English
