The Senior Product Manager will own a key product category or regional portfolio, define and execute the product strategy, and drive profitability and market share while leading a small team of junior product managers. Responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, meeting KPIs for growth and margin, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, conducting competitor and market analysis, negotiating with suppliers, and representing the portfolio internally and externally. Requirements include 10+ years in product management in apparel, PPE or related industries; a proven track record of independently owning a product category or regional range with significant business impact; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to set and deliver growth-focused KPIs; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office, with PLM experience a plus; willingness to travel.
