What You'll Do: - Alliance Strategy, Governance & Program Management: Lead day-to-day management of strategic partnerships; coordinate governance meetings, executive steering committees, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning; maintain alliance operating plans and roadmaps; track decisions, risks, action items, and dependencies; develop scalable alliance processes; act as liaison between West Monroe and partners. - Executive Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Support executive sponsor programs; coordinate briefings, planning sessions, and account reviews; develop executive presentations; maintain relationship maps and engagement plans; drive accountability for partnership commitments. - Pipeline Operations & Alliance Performance: Own partnership pipeline governance and reporting; maintain dashboards and KPI reporting; track sourced, influenced, and co-sell opportunities; ensure Salesforce and partner data accuracy; produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance r
