The Project Manager will support the Business Unit Manager in achieving the company’s strategic objectives, focusing on project management, project delivery, and total quality management at client sites. The Project Manager brings the necessary resources to fulfill contractual obligations and makes a significant technical contribution through personal effort. Qualifications include 5–10+ years of related experience, with demonstrated expertise in project management, mechanical system concept development, design and layout, budgeting and scheduling, preparing technical sections for project and procurement specifications, and reviewing drawings and specifications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering, design and documentation standards, materials, and systems. Desirable PMP certification. Duties include managing projects that deliver engineering solutions on time and within budget, developing budgets and fiscal controls, and applying quality assurance provisions; performing cost estimating and value engineering as appropriate; representing the firm in dealings with clients, consultants, contractors, and other agencies; participating in business development and quality assurance; providing technical assistance in proposal development and presentations; and other duties as assigned by Principals and client manage
