What You'll Do As a Product Manager, you will own and drive a portfolio of products focused on payment reconciliation, settlement, and reporting. You will translate business and operational needs into a clear product roadmap, manage the Jira backlog, and guide work through engineering delivery. Responsibilities include developing new and enhanced transaction reporting, settlement-related processes, and capabilities that identify and resolve reconciliation issues. You will partner with product leadership to align priorities and independently manage planning and execution. After onboarding to TabaPay’s products and processes, you will work with limited guidance, anticipate needs, and proactively move initiatives forward.
What You'll Own - The roadmap for products and enhancements related to reconciliation, settlement, and reporting. - The intake, definition, organization, and prioritization of product requests, enhancements, and engineering tickets in Jira. - Clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. - Backlog refinement, sprint planning, regular engineering standups, and delivery-status updates. - Coordination with engineering to answer questions, manage dependencies, remove
