NEXTON is hiring a Product Manager Data (M/F) in Paris for a permanent contract. You will join the Data Factory on a major client project to develop and maintain a central Data Lake that centralizes consumer, marketing, and sales data. This key product provides data to guide marketing teams in campaigns and strategic decisions. Important: this role operates in an international environment where all exchanges are in English, both written and spoken. Your responsibilities include: managing the backlog, creating, prioritizing, and refining user stories for data collection, cleansing, and provisioning; collaborating closely with Data Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders; actively participating in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement); ensuring deliverables meet quality standards; prioritizing functionalities to maximize value for marketing teams; analyzing usage with quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact and adjust priorities; staying ahead of data ecosystem trends to keep the product at the forefront. Qualifications: higher education (BAC+5); proven experience as Product Owner/Product Manager in a Data and Agile/SCRUM environment; strong knowledge of Data Lake, Snowflake, BI, Data Viz; excellent ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders; high autonomy, startup mindset, experience in mature product and Agile contexts; customer-centric mindset with constant interaction with business users to align the Data Lake roadmap with operational needs; data-driven decision makin
