Role: Product Manager for the Workplace product line.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Implement the roadmap for the product line while ensuring technical capabilities and capacity of teams.
Define KPIs for the line (stability, customer satisfaction) and provide regular reporting to the Chief Product Officer (operational, budgetary, and informational).
Translate the line's product strategy and assist the CPO in defining the global roadmap, ensuring alignment with client needs and resource constraints.
Lead and coordinate the Product Owner community for the line (best practices, updates, etc.).
Monitor and approve the Build budget for transformation/build/Run related to the line.
Drive innovation within the line (ideation rituals with POs, pre-studies, etc.).
Master's degree (bac+5).
Proficient in English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
