As we expand in the United States, we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to become the founding U.S. Product Manager for Time Off & Attendance, owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product at the intersection of workforce management, compliance, payroll, and employee experience.

This is a rare opportunity to build for the U.S. market from the ground up while partnering with globally distributed teams across the U.S., UK, and Israel. You’ll have end-to-end ownership, significant influence on product direction, and the chance to shape a core part of HiBob’s long-term growth strategy.

Fixed Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000 + benefits & stock options (ISOs)

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for HiBob's Time Off & Attendance products.
Lead the expansion of Time Off & Attendance capabilities for the U.S. market while continuing to evolve our UK offering.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and long-term strategic vision.
Partner closely with customers to understand workforce management, compliance, payroll, and employee experience challenges, translating complex problems into intuitive product solutions.
Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences.
Work cross-functionally with Payroll, Customer Success, Sales, and other product teams to deliver seamless end-
