About the role

campoint AG is a technology partner and operator of one of the largest German-language platforms for the Creator Economy and Digital Entertainment—from consumer-facing platforms to B2B infrastructure—helping creators and agencies build and manage their business. Creators are treated as entrepreneurs, whose success depends on our products, which shapes how we prioritize and execute our vision.

You will have real ownership for assigned product streams within our B2B portfolio. You decide what to build based on creator feedback, revenue data and strategic context, with minimal rounds of alignment. You act as the quality gateway for your team and releases. You navigate independently through a complex stakeholder landscape and resolve conflicts directly rather than escalating them. The strategic direction comes from the Head of Product; you implement it with high autonomy and a strong quality bar, making better decisions within your streams than if the Head decided alone. This is not a stepping stone to broader product strategy; it is a role for someone who excels in operations and regards that as a strength. You are responsible for discovery, prioritization and delivery in your product streams from start to finish. You translate qualitative creator insights and strong signals into bold, actionable decisions—without getting lost in endless data analysis. You write clear specs and tickets that go into development with minimal rework. You recognize when a process or sprint ritual blocks fast problem solving and pragmatically break it down in agreement with the team. You actively
