bswift is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for Large Market to join our Client Services team. This senior-level, individual contributor will own complex client implementations and drive ongoing service excellence for large market clients, serving as a strategic and operational partner to clients and internal teams. You will partner with clients to gather requirements, document and obtain sign-off on Benefits Class Matrices, requirements documentation, rates, permissions, field options, site text, and implementation logs; configure the benefits administration system to support new implementations, annual program changes, acquisitions, and enhancements; execute and oversee system testing to ensure readiness for production; and lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve processes. You will collaborate with Product Management, Development, Call Center, and other internal service teams to meet client deliverables, contribute to sales and renewals, and share knowledge across the organization. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 6+ years in benefits administration and direct client service, 3+ years of project management experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required. Location: Chicago, United States (Remote OK).
