STARK is a defence technology company seeking a Staff Talent Acquisition Partner to own strategic hiring across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions throughout Europe. lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, technical, and business-critical roles across multiple European locations; partner with senior Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities; build proactive sourcing strategies for engineering, manufacturing, and operational talent; provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations; drive structured assessment processes to ensure consistent, objective, high-quality hiring decisions; coach Hiring Managers on interviewing best practices, candidate experience; continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support scalability and operational efficiency; own recruiting data, pipeline health, and reporting (Greenhouse); mentor junior recruiters and contribute to best practices across the Talent Acquisition team; support employer branding and strategic hiring projects. Qualifications: fluent in English and German at C1 level or equivalent; significant experience as a
