About the role

Penlink is a technology company that helps investigators manage data and solve crimes with software used by U.S. federal agencies. We are seeking a Program Manager specializing in Law Enforcement Technology to provide technical support and system administration for a U.S. federal government client, in support of Penlink software and systems. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing software systems through health monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution, with a solid understanding of networking components, security standards, and Penlink software.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

Provide system support as the primary point of contact for the agency, guiding users on Penlink software.
Proactive health monitoring and system optimizations to prevent issues and enhance performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Document issues and actions in the Penlink CRM system (Salesforce).
Escalate issues with detailed steps to reproduce and troubleshooting notes.
Perform routine system administration, including user management, configuration, change management, and applying updates to customer cloud environments.
Manage application-related systems with emphasis on security and performance.
Monitor network components, including site-to-site VPNs, ensuring alignment with security standards.
Serve as technical liaison between agency personnel and Penlink.
Generate monthly reports detailing usage, services, and deliverables.
Participate in regular program calls to discuss needs, updates, and support
