Fortive Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of CensiTrac solutions for health system customers, serving as the primary point of accountability from project initiation through go-live and transition to support. This role resides in the Customer Establishment (Implementation) department and requires direct engagement with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end services projects (implementation services, expert services, and marking services) for Censis customers from contract handoff through go-live and transition to support; act as the primary liaison for assigned projects. - Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers; oversee, direct, and coordinate tasks assigned to the project team; coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve high CSAT. - Monitor KPI delivery (CSAT, Revenue, velocity); support problem-solving with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. - Own scope management and formally manage change requests, including impact assessment on timeline, resourcing, and cost. - Identify implementation risks early (technical, workflow, data, resourcing) and implement mitigations; ensure adherence to contractual commitments, SOWs, and implementation standards. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize implementation processes; maintain documentation and artefacts; forecast revenue and schedule; report status of ongoing and completed projects. - Facilitate and lead meetings with customers and internal stakeholders;
