The Vendor Solutions Project Manager is a key member of the project management team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing vendor partnerships for Alliance Clinical Network. The role ensures vendor alignment with business development needs, facilitates smooth study startup, and nurtures long-term vendor relationships. Responsibilities include proactively sourcing vendors and physician practices to expand network capabilities; collaborating with project management, business development, and other stakeholders during feasibility and startup to identify vendor gaps; evaluating and onboarding vendors for clinical trials with quality and regulatory compliance; facilitating vendor contract negotiations with the Contracts Department, particularly for physician-related agreements; managing vendor relationships throughout the study lifecycle with timely delivery and issue resolution; monitoring vendor performance using scorecards and metrics, and replacing underperforming or overpriced vendors as needed; supporting vendor readiness to align with study startup timelines; providing concierge-level support for vendors and stakeholders throughout the study; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or relevant health sciences/clinical research experience (advanced degree and/or PMP preferred), 3+ years in vendor management/clinical trial operations/project management, strong analytical skills, ability to balance proactive sourcing and reactive management, solid knowledge of clinical trial operations and ICH-GCP/regulatory requirement
