Konovo is a global healthcare intelligence company transforming research through technology-enabled insights. The company provides access to a large network of healthcare professionals and is expanding its global delivery team. We are seeking a Project Manager, Patient Research to execute patient-focused studies from kickoff through closeout with senior oversight, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, maintain professional client communications, provide status updates and documentation, and track milestones, quotas, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure study materials, screeners, and related documents are reviewed prior to launch, proactively identify risks, and escalate or resolve issues to protect delivery timelines and client confidence. You will maintain clean, organized records and contribute to continuous process improvement. This is a remote role supporting US-based stakeholders and clients, with work hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer-facing project management experience in fast-paced settings requiring high accuracy, excellent English communication skills (French or Italian a plus), and a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience in market research, healthcare, or regulated environments is advantageous; certifications such as PMP are a plus. The role favors candidates who are comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows while maintaining data integrity
