Care of Excellent is seeking a Healthcare Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple service programs in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care while ensuring regulatory compliance, staff performance, and client satisfaction. This senior position requires leadership of diverse teams and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of assigned programs and supervise Program Coordinators, Supervisors, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and other staff.
Ensure efficient operations and exceptional service quality; promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork; respond quickly to operational challenges and participate in on-call rotation.
Ensure compliance with Ohio DODD, ODH, ODA, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and agency policies; monitor documentation and prepare for state surveys, audits, and investigations; support corrective action plans.
Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff; conduct regular performance evaluations; manage staffing levels and scheduling; foster engagement and retention.
Maintain high-quality, client-centered care; conduct client visits and QA reviews; sustain relationships with families, guardians, county boards, case managers, hospitals, managed care organizations, and referral partners; protect confidentiality.
Develop and monitor performance metrics; conduct internal audits; drive operational improvements and corrective actions; ensure service plans are implemente
