Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking an Accountant Facility I to support month-end close, financial analysis, and ad hoc projects across multiple ambulatory surgery center facilities. This position reports to the Senior Accountant within the Accounting Department and collaborates with facility leaders and operations management to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key responsibilities include month-end close and journal entry preparation, expense review and analysis, cash accounting and bank reconciliations, fixed asset and CIP accounting, and prepaid asset accounting. The role also requires active participation in monthly operating review calls with facility leaders and operations management, providing timely financial service to facility leaders, and the preparation of financial reporting packages with variance analysis. Additional duties include assisting with ad hoc projects, training new staff, documenting policies and procedures, and contributing to process improvements. Qualifications include a BS in Accounting/Finance, 1–3 years of accounting experience (general ledger accounting preferred), the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team, strong organizational skills to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment, and a CPA license is preferred. This on-site position is located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States and requires office-based work; works under the supervision of Manager – Facility Accounting.
