About the role

Digital Marketing & CRM Team DACH carries the strategic and operational responsibility for SEA, SEO, Performance Marketing, CRM, the Miele loyalty program, and the management of country-specific websites for Miele in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The team’s objective is to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints through data-driven actions and cross-channel campaigns. Digital Marketing & CRM Team DACH carries the strategic and operational responsibility for SEA, SEO, Performance Marketing, CRM, the Miele loyalty program, and the management of country-specific websites for Miele in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The team’s objective is to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints through data-driven actions and cross-channel campaigns. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the team now or by agreement. This is an on-site role based in Spreitenbach, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and operationally advance SEA and performance marketing for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, in close collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing DACH.
In partnership with agencies, manage local and global campaigns across relevant digital channels, ensuring alignment of budgets, target audiences, and messaging.
Analyze campaigns to identify what works, where budgets can be better deployed, and what actions are required next.
Ensure clean product data transmission for shopping platforms and feeds, ensure the right products are shown, and keep performance measures reliable.
Work with Category Management, Sales, and internal marketing teams to develop product communication, creative assets, and activations for Direct-to-Consumer campaigns.
Contribute your perspective on website content, new features, and the digital customer experience to help users quickly find the right Miele product.
