We are looking for a Senior Recruiter, Marketing to partner with Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent for our world-class marketing organization. This role will report to the Recruiting Manager and is on-site at our San Mateo, CA headquarters five days a week. You will manage full-cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing) for teams including Demand Generation/Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science & Analytics, Channel Marketing, Growth Operations, and Field Marketing. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, create frameworks and market data to launch new positions, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Requirements include 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic firm, startup, or equivalent; strong ability to influence with data; ability to navigate a fast-paced environment; experience managing multiple priorities; and a track record of finding top 1% candidates.
