You will execute digital campaigns, manage the company’s WordPress website and landing pages, develop creative assets, analyze performance, leverage AI tools, and collaborate across departments to enhance the customer experience and generate qualified leads. This role spans nearly every aspect of modern marketing, including coordinating and executing campaigns, maintaining digital customer experiences, designing marketing materials with Adobe Creative Suite, creating content for websites, emails, presentations, social media, and customer communications, and partnering with sales, operations, leadership, and external vendors. You will support trade shows, community events, sponsorships, and other brand initiatives, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance and customer engagement. Requirements include 5+ years of progressive marketing experience; experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, SEO, and modern digital marketing tools; strong analytical skills; experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve workflows and decision-making; excellent communication and project management abilities; curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
