Marketing Project Manager
Allegacy is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role serves as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, skilled at managing competing priorities, and passionate about driving operational excellence in marketing.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects from planning through execution and post-launch evaluation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, compliance, data, product, and external vendors.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prioritize multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Ensure marketing assets and deliverables meet brand standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, and reporting using project management tools.
- Proactively evaluate and recommend enhancements to increase efficiencies from AI to new software solutions.
