DoorDash is seeking a Supply Chain Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of Account Executives responsible for selling Supply Club and adjacent merchant products to restaurant operators across the United States. This high-velocity, ground-floor leadership role combines sales leadership with product expansion, and reports to the Director of Sales in the SMB Inside Sales organization. You will lead outbound prospecting, coach reps through full-cycle sales from prospecting to activation, and shape the playbook for expanding our merchant product suite into supply chain and financial services. You will collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to surface merchant feedback and inform go-to-market strategy. The role requires at least 3 years of inside sales experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity, and a strong track record of meeting team quotas in a fast-moving environment.
