Role overview: You will be part of the Product team, taking a pivotal role in leading and evolving critical products that drive education in Brazil. You will transform complex problems into solutions that generate real-day impact for millions of schools and families, working in close partnership with design, engineering, and other areas. You will operate in a lean team with real autonomy over product strategy.

What you will do: - Product strategy and vision: Lead the strategy and evolution of one or more critical products, directly responsible for solving pedagogical or financial problems; align them with the School Operating System (Meu Arco). - Define meaningful problems and prioritize initiatives based on data, strategic context, and user needs; articulate trade-offs and say no clearly. - Monitor and evolve end-to-end product metrics, adjusting strategy as needed. - Identify and grow capabilities in your domain that create impact beyond your team, enabling other teams and products in the company.

Discovery and Delivery: - Lead discovery cycles with hypotheses, experiments and validation before large investments. - Align stakeholders from different areas and levels, ensuring clarity of direction and trade-offs. - Collaborate with technical teams to translate architecture, scalability, security and maintenance challenges into high-impact product initiatives. - Evolve the operating model of the products under your responsibility: rituals, processes, and ways of working with involved teams and areas. - Contribute to the development of the team and the dissemination of prod
