Responsibilities
Define and evolve the client data management capabilities, collaborating with international stakeholders to ensure data consistency and maturity globally.
Lead the definition and evolution of Customer Data initiatives.
Define functional and business requirements related to data management.
Promote best practices in Data Management (Data Quality, MDM, deduplication, etc.).
Contribute to the definition of Customer 360 models.
Define metrics and dashboards for data quality and maturity using Power BI.
Collaborate with Data Architecture, Data Governance and Data Platforms teams.
Coordinate international stakeholders and align business needs with technology solutions.
Define remediation plans to improve data quality.
Participate in initiatives related to Compliance, Growth and Data & AI.
Requirements
More than 8 years of experience as Product Owner or in data product management.
Experience in functional analysis and data management.
Strong knowledge in Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Architecture, APIs, Data Platforms.
Experience in Customer Data domains: Customer 360, MDM, Deduplication, Customer Master Data.
Experience in international projects.
Knowledge of Data Products, Data Mesh, KYC / eKYC / eIDV.
Experience with Power BI.
