InfoTrack is seeking a Principal Growth Product Manager (remote within the United States) to define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and user experience for client-facing components of the InfoTrack Exchange marketplace, including InfoTrack, Green Filing, and Courtny. You will own the strategic direction for these surfaces, identify growth opportunities, prioritize investments, and measure outcomes with key performance metrics. Responsibilities include partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver iterative product enhancements, establishing growth dashboards, and conducting A/B tests and other experiments to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to communicate value propositions and enable revenue growth, while synthesizing customer feedback to guide the product lifecycle. Qualifications include 6+ years of product management experience focused on growth, experience delivering customer-facing product enhancements in an agile environment, and knowledge of growth metrics and experimentation. Preferred: experience in legal tech or other regulated industries. This role offers a compensation range of $126,960 to $158,700 depending on experience.
