This is a full-time individual contributor role that will partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Support, Security, Legal/Compliance, and GTM teams to deliver complete documentation, intuitive self-service workflows, dependable sandbox and testing environments, consistent API behavior, and actionable error handling. Success in this role will be reflected in lower integration friction, stronger product adoption, and improved developer and customer NPS. Location: San Francisco, California, United States. This hybrid role requires three days per week onsite in South San Francisco; candidates must live within approximately one hour of the office.
