You will greet customers, provide accurate information about televisions and the services offered, and sell merchandise and extended service plans. You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge through company and manufacturer trainings, stay aware of competitors, keep displays organized, and assist with physical inventory and sales reporting as required. Responsibilities also include applying current pricing to sales, ensuring service contracts are added to invoices, and delivering excellent customer service. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least three years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment; fluency in English (additional languages may be beneficial depending on location); strong math and basic computer skills; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and type at least 20 WPM.
