This role will drive full-cycle recruiting for multiple departments, including Sales & Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting, with a focus on roles across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English and will serve as a brand ambassador, champion candidate experience, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end recruitment process—sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates; attract top talent through direct sourcing, networking, databases, social media, employee referrals, and innovative programs; track recruitment metrics using our ATS (Greenhouse); build and promote OpenTable's employer brand; partner with hiring managers to advise and align on talent needs; pipeline talent for future roles. Qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments; bilingual in Spanish and English; experience leading multiple searches and advising hiring managers; ability to work autonomously with urgency; preferred: experience recruiting for high-volume internships or new-grad programs; experience hiring in Mexico; strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
