Your Role & Responsibilities - Proactively develop creative sourcing plans using traditional networking, community engagement with schools and vocational programs, online channels, and social media to attract skilled candidates. - Write effective online job postings to attract active and passive candidates. - Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill orders; build and maintain an active candidate pipeline. - Manage the full candidate vetting cycle, including drug screens, I-9s, and background checks. - Utilize data to set realistic expectations and meet daily order-fill goals. - Collaborate in meetings to align on daily targets and client needs. - Communicate with clients and candidates professionally, adapting to diverse situations.

Preferred Education & Experience - High school diploma or 6+ months of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred but not mandatory.
