Responsibilities

Mentor a QA team, drive collaboration, manage projects, and uphold high quality standards across testing efforts.
Own and execute QA strategy for web applications focused on payments and ecommerce workflows; develop and maintain automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium) to improve coverage and release velocity.
Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate testing early in the development cycle, clarify requirements, and troubleshoot across environments.
Establish QA best practices and metrics to continuously improve coverage, process efficiency, and system reliability using modern tools.

Requirements

8–10 years of QA experience; strong SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and test-driven development practices for web apps.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Startup experience.
Proficient in automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar; hands-on experience writing and maintaining test scripts.
Skilled in functional, regression, performance, and security testing; deep knowledge of modern QA methodologies.
Familiar with ecommerce and/or payments domain.
Experience with CI/CD
