Our 36-month Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a global initiative to develop talent for ION’s growing operations, offering outstanding graduates an accelerated start in a dynamic FinTech environment. Analysts join an Agile product team and rotate through three 12-month placements across the product lifecycle, culminating in a deeper focus in a chosen area. In the Software Developer track, you will build products for global clients, including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 companies, contributing to end-to-end development including requirements analysis, architecture and design, coding, testing, and continuous integration using modern technologies. Your work will aim to reduce process complexity, increase efficiency through automation, and empower clients with advanced software solutions.

Key qualifications include graduating in 2027 with a 2:1 or higher, a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related STEM field (e.g., Data Science or Quantitative Finance), hands-on programming experience, and authorization to work in the UK without sponsorship. A demonstrated interest in finance or technology and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are important.
