Join EQS Group, a leading international cloud software provider in corporate compliance and investor relations, as a Senior Software Engineer on the Privacy team in Neuilly-sur-Seine or Boulogne-sur-Mer. You will work on the Privacy and Digital Ethics SaaS solutions within the EQS product portfolio and help deliver cutting-edge technology to our customers. This is a hybrid role with the option to work from abroad within the EU, and flexible hours. Your missions include: contributing to both product and technical roadmaps from design to production delivery, handling the most complex features, ensuring implementations deliver business and technical value, and helping the team through effective communication, documentation, and proactive issue management. We value clear thinking, collaboration, and a strong focus on code quality and observability. Our tech stack includes React, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, GitLab and Kubernetes, with additional technologies such as Go, Elasticsearch, OpenAI, OpenPolicyAgent, Tyk, and Metabase. The squad-based structure pairs an Engineering Manager, Product Manager and Product Designer to support development. We seek a candidate who speaks English fluently, has 7+ years of software development experience with agile teams (architecture or advanced development), a track record in Clean Code, and a customer-focused approach. You should be comfortable balancing a clean architecture with pragmatic implementation to shorten time-to-market and be eager to leverage AI to maximize impact while understanding its limitations.
