We are seeking a Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner to lead recruitment for key roles while partnering with employees and managers across multiple countries and entities. The role combines hands-on talent acquisition with employee-focused HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding—while also providing HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, development, compensation and benefits, and day-to-day HR matters. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you will understand hiring needs, attract top iGaming talent, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. You will help build consistent, scalable recruitment and HR practices across the organization. Responsibilities include HR business partnering (onboarding, performance management, development, retention; employee relations, engagement, organizational development; KPI reviews; training initiatives) and talent acquisition (define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and timelines; proactive sourcing; ensure high-quality candidate experience; track metrics).
