Senior Project Manager, a member of the Global Services Solutions (GSS) Services Program Management Office (SPMO), is responsible for managing project portfolios within the Global Services BU and driving serviceability for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The role delivers differentiated value through customer experience excellence and a patient-first mindset, with cross-functional project management expertise across New Product Development (NPD/NPI), Product Launch, and global expansion outside the United States. Responsibilities include maintaining project portfolios, leading programs on NPD/NPI, product launches and global expansion; ensuring readiness with commercialization target dates in EMEA; creating and maintaining project schedules; communicating status, milestones, deadlines, risks, and mitigations across stakeholders; providing early risk warning and cost-benefit analyses; influencing serviceability during product development by driving service requirements into new product and platform requirements for the EMEA region; integrating service considerations into global end-of-life planning to smooth transitions for customers; mitigating service challenges in-market and driving continuous improvement of serviceability in the EMEA region.
