Intuitive is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Global Services Solutions (GSS) organization to manage project portfolios for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region and drive serviceability and customer experience across NPD/NPI, product launches, and global expansion outside the United States. This on-site role is based in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. Key responsibilities: - Maintain a portfolio of projects for assigned programs with multiple priorities and clear alignment to business milestones. - Provide functional, strategic, and tactical leadership for NPD/NPI, Product Launch, and Global Expansion on behalf of the GSS team, ensuring readiness and alignment with commercialization target dates in EMEA. - Create and maintain project schedules, communicate status, milestones, deadlines, risks, and mitigations across cross-functional stakeholders; deliver early warnings and cost-benefit analyses as needed. - Influence serviceability during product development by integrating service requirements into product/platform specifications for the EMEA region, impacting design and the field installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. - Ensure service considerations are integrated into global end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-service (EOS) planning to smooth customer transitions to newer technology. - Mitigate and manage service challenges for products in market or in the field in EMEA and drive continuous improvement of serviceability. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering (preferred).
