You will own and drive the Credit Risk Tech sub-domain from concept to delivery, shaping the vision, strategy and priorities in collaboration with Engineering and the Solaris product team. The role involves end-to-end product management of our credit risk products (including assessments, risk monitoring, and early warning capabilities) to enable regulatory compliant lending across our portfolio of products. You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Credit Risk Management, Operations, Legal and other functions, develop and execute roadmaps with clear priorities and milestones, and lead agile practices to improve delivery quality. You will design innovative solutions that meet market needs, stay ahead of industry trends, and ensure compliance with Solaris policies. Responsibilities include proactive risk identification and mitigation within your product domain and collaboration to ensure responsible AI usage as tools evolve. Qualifications include domain expertise in Credit Risk Management in a regulated financial institution, at least 3 years of Product Owner experience or equivalent, strong analytical and data-driven mindset, and excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).
