Zicasso is a fully remote luxury travel company seeking a data-driven Senior Product Manager for Growth Experimentation to own the conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) roadmap for the trip request funnel. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead two web CRO squads and partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to translate traveler insights into high-impact experiments that balance the premium brand with growth.

Key Responsibilities - Own the execution of the 2026 CRO roadmap, defining the optimization vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead a fast-paced team to launch, adjust, pivot, or scale experiments based on real-time A/B results. - Lead two squads focused on Web CRO across different portions of the same user journey. - Partner with the Data Team to define tracking requirements, analyze A/B test performance, and build visualization reports in Tableau. - Collaborate with Product Designers to bridge qualitative research and quantitative data, ensuring every experiment is user-centric and business-aligned. - Align with Marketing on content and performance marketing initiatives and coordinate with other product areas (Platforms for Travelers, Partners, and Customer Care) to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience - 6-10 years of experience in Product Management - Growth experience with CRO and A/B testing; strong design sense; data-driven and hypotheses-driven decisions - AI-Forward Thinker: experience with LLMs and AI-driven personalization; uses AI tools to accelerate product workflow - Analytical & Technical: fluent in GA4
