This role owns and grows Affirm's partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method. You will build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to speed future partner integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch, and grow integrations with platform partners. You will shape the product roadmap for the 1:Many Growth team, set success metrics/OKRs, and collaborate with commercial and product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations. Requirements include shipping high-quality software products, comfort with engineering details, working with designers and data analysts, strong stakeholder management, bias toward action, and the ability to navigate complex organizations. Bonus points for experience in Fintech, lending, ecommerce, or BNPL. Base pay ranges in the USA are: CA/WA/NY/NJ/CT: $195,000–$255,000; other states: $173,000–$233,000. Affirm is remote-first; the majority of roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. A limited number of roles remain office-based.
