Senior Accountant – Fulfillment & Warehousing
Overview: We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support warehousing and fulfillment operations. The role will handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, cost analysis, and financial reporting. The position will mentor one accounting team member and collaborate with operations and finance teams.

- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reporting and cost analyses for warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and utilize advanced Excel for analysis.
- Provide guidance to junior staff as needed.
- 3+ years of accounting or general ledger experience.
- Strong month-end close and reconciliation skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and resolve issues.
- Prior mentoring or leadership of junior staff is a plus.
- Experience supporting warehousing, logistics, distribution, or operational accounting environments preferred.
- Location: Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio; on-site
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-site
- Compensation: USD 50–55 per hour
- Employment type: 6-month contract with potential extension; no visa sponsorship provided.
