Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
Prepare financial reporting and cost analyses for warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and utilize advanced Excel for analysis.
Provide guidance to junior staff as needed.
3+ years of accounting or general ledger experience.
Strong month-end close and reconciliation skills.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and resolve issues.
Prior mentoring or leadership of junior staff is a plus.
Experience supporting warehousing, logistics, distribution, or operational accounting environments preferred.
Location: Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio; on-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-site
Compensation: USD 50–55 per hour
Employment type: 6-month contract with potential extension; no visa sponsorship provided.
